Texas Original CEO Nico Richardson said the first location in Montgomery County will help improve access for patients in Houston's surrounding communities.
“As the leading provider of medical cannabis in Texas, we have a responsibility to improve access to life-altering medical cannabis for residents of the fourth-largest city in the country,” he said in the news release.
Texas Original is only giving the address of the pickup location to patients who qualify for medical cannabis and need it to pick up their prescriptions. According to the release, patients are able to pick up their preordered medical cannabis prescriptions as of July 11. The North Houston pickup location is open every Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
