During an Aug. 19 meeting, Nick Wolda, director of community relations for The Woodlands Township, said a time for the forum has not been set at this time but is still being fine-tuned.
The Woodlands Chairman Gordy Bunch said there are plans to keep constant communication going between the township and area residents prior to the incorporation vote, which is slated for Nov. 2.
Bunch said a board member and staff member will be attending village association meetings throughout September for incorporation presentations.
"We are also looking into a virtual forum as another option for those who are concerned about coming out in public but still want to interact," Bunch said.
