Go hiking in W.G. Jones State Forest
This 1,722-acre forest was acquired in 1926 by the Texas A&M Forest Service. Visitors today can enjoy two small lakes with limited fishing and picnic options and nearly 15 miles of trails and pathways for horseback riding, outdoor exercise and dog walking.

Experience skydiving indoors at iFly
Participants go through flight training with a certified flight instructor, receive a helmet, flight suit and goggles, and enter the wind tunnel to experience the equivalent of 1.5 skydives.
