Red Phoenix Hunan Restaurant owners announced the closure of their restaurant in The Woodlands following 20 years of service in the College Park area. The restaurant focused on providing traditional Chinese cuisine.
Jessica joined Community Impact in 2022 as a reporter covering countywide government issues for Montgomery County as well as the cities of Oak Ridge North, Shenandoah and The Woodlands Township.
