Good Charlie’s Oyster Bar and Seafood Kitchen is scheduled to open June 5 on FM 1488 as a new concept from Jim Hallers, founder of Citizens Grill. The seafood-themed bar and restaurant offers variety of seafood offerings, with a focus on oysters.
