Bluestone Lane, an Australian-based coffee and healthy food cafe franchise, announced it will be opening a location at Lake Woodlands Crossing in The Woodlands Town Center before the end of the year.

According to a news release from the Howard Hughes Corp., The Woodlands will be the second location for Bluestone Lane in the Greater Houston region, with the first being in the Houston Heights.

“We chose The Woodlands for our second Houston-area location for its livability and close community feel,” said Nicholas Stone, founder and chief executive officer of Bluestone Lane, in the release. “We are inspired by the independent coffee culture found in Australia and look forward to introducing our brand and connecting with the locals of The Woodlands community, where I have a number of friends and family members who live here.”

The release states Lake Woodlands Crossing is 89% leased, with Bluestone Lane at Lake Woodlands Crossing anticipated to open by the end of this year. www.bluestonelane.com
