Owner Enrique Sanchez opened Red Salsa Tacos and More in May 2016, serving a variety of taco options to choose from that he said have become popular with customers.

He said the eatery’s street tacos are among the most ordered, including the fajita beef or chicken; campechano, which is made with fajita meat and Mexican chorizo; discada, which is made with beef and Mexican sausage; and pastor, which is made with pork and pineapple. All tacos are served with fresh cilantro and onion on a corn or flour tortilla.

A beef fajita taco at the eatery costs $2.69 and any other street taco costs $2.45.

“Everything that you find here is made with fresh ingredients and made from scratch,” Sanchez said.

In addition to street tacos the restaurant features a variety of homemade salsas that include green tomatillo, creamy chipotle, red salsa and a habanero sauce.
