The Damn Goode Margarita at Goode Company Kitchen & Cantina in Shenandoah is by far the eatery’s most popular cocktail, CEO Levi Goode said.

Available frozen or on the rocks and in three sizes ranging from $9-$24, the cantina’s signature drink is made with Arette Blanco Tequila, fresh-squeezed limes, housemade orange liqueur and a dash of saltwater.

“Our goal is to strike a perfect balance between the acidity and the sourness of the fresh citrus with a little bit of sweetness and the earthiness of the tequila,” Goode said.

The cocktail is then shaken or blended depending on preference, and it is then garnished with a rim of coarse ground sea salt and a fresh lime wedge.

Goode said some of the restaurant’s other popular margarita flavors include the roasted poblano margarita and the strawberry habanero margarita. The cantina also boasts a variety of palomas, sangrias, wine and beer as well as tequila and mezcal flights.
