While Sammy’s Sports Grill offers a wide variety of sports bar pub fare, its chicken wings are one of the most popular food items on the menu.

Assistant Manager Stephanie Hunt said traditional hot wings are offered for $11.99 for 10 wings and are one of the best-selling flavors at the Rayford Road eatery.

Wings can be ordered as traditional or boneless for $1 more and are served in orders of 10, 24 and 50.

“Wings are a popular dish here,” Hunt said. “We’re also not as much as a sports bar as we are a neighborhood family spot. We’re a place for the community.”

Hunt said other popular wing flavors at Sammy’s include mango habanero, and sweet and spicy sauce.

The eatery offers a menu special on Tuesdays, which allows customers to buy 10 wings and get 10 wings for free when they dine in.
