The Pompelmo Martini has become the most popular new cocktail option on the menu at Grotto Ristorante.
The $10 martini is made with Deep Eddy Ruby Vodka, Combier Pamplemousse Rose, lemon juice and Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters.
“We wanted to have something refreshing after the fall menu,” Bar Manager Shawn Schiffman said. “By far, it’s been the most popular drink here; it’s really been very successful.”
The Italian restaurant offers the drink during happy hour for $6, along with a variety of small plates, $6 wines and $5 beers. Guests can also order a pizza and bottle of wine for $25. Happy hour is 3-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 3-7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Aside from happy hour, weekend brunch is also offered at the eatery as well as both inside and patio dining options. The restaurant offers homemade Italian cuisine that includes pizzas, pastas, chicken and veal.
