Stoner’s Pizza Joint opened in December in The Woodlands, offering various pizzas, breadsticks, salads, calzones, stromboli, lasagna, sandwiches and desserts.

The specialty Super Meat pizza is the most popular seller, General Manager Brad Ebersberger said.

“We start out with our homemade dough that we make daily,” Ebersberger said. “Then, it’s our signature red sauce that we have a patent on.”

The Super Meat pizza ($9.89-$21.99) is then topped with beef, ham, pepperoni and sausage, smothered with mozzarella cheese and topped off with crispy bits of bacon. Stoner’s Pizza Joint offers three types of handmade crusts—New York thin crust, traditional and deep dish.

A dessert that pairs well with any pizza is the cheesecake stromboli, Ebersberger said, which is New York-style cheesecake rolled into homemade stromboli bread, baked to order, brushed with hot butter and covered with cinnamon and sugar.
