What we reported Papa Amadeus, a fine dining Italian restaurant, opened in March at 25602 I-45 N., Ste. 101, Spring. The 52-seat eatery serves lunch and dinner, including pasta, panini and salads along with entrees, such as pan-seared salmon, pork chops and seared scallops. Papa Amadeus also offers catering and takeout services.

The latest Owner Arturo Huerta said the restaurant has seen good feedback from the community this past year, with 5-star ratings from customers on Yelp and Facebook. The restaurant now offers live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

What’s next Huerta said the restaurant will continue to change its menu every three to four months since food is bought locally and based on what is in season. Every other month, Papa Amadeus will also offer a three-course meal and wine for $65 on Tuesdays for customers.
