The new management portfolio includes eight properties in The Woodlands—One Lakes Edge, Two Lakes Edge, 1 Riva Row, Creekside Park The Grove, Creekside Park The Residences, The Lane at Waterway, The Millennium Six Pines and The Millennium One Waterway Avenue. It also includes three properties in Bridgeland—Starling at Bridgeland, Lakeside Row The Residences and Wingspan.
Morgan will oversee leasing, resident services and onsite operations, with a goal of implementing a boutique-style management approach that aligns with Howard Hughes’ standards for service and quality, per the release.

The partnership represents a milestone in Morgan’s growth, expanding its managed portfolio from 18,000 to 23,000 units over the past year, according to the release.
