According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a 409,375-square-foot project is in the works to build a new apartment complex in the area.

The facility, named The Alcove Apartments according to TDLR, is projected to consist of eight four-story buildings, a pool cabana and a pump room.

According to the TDLR listing, the $65.5 million project began in January and is slated to finish construction on Jan. 30, 2025.
