Commercial real estate company JLL is building an 8,000-square-foot medical development located at the intersection of Birnham Woods Drive and Rayford Road in Spring slated for completion in April, according to a Nov. 9 news release.
The medical development will be next to the Scooter’s Coffee, which opened in July, near the Harmony master-planned community.

Space City Orthodontics is set to open in a 3,120-square-foot portion of the development, according to a news release from JLL.
