Work on a luxury apartment complex at Metropark Square began in November with contractor Provident General Contractors and management company Greystar Property Management, according to the Sam Moon Group. The apartments will have 307 units, according to Rebecca Le from NewQuest Properties. According to the Sam Moon Group, the apartments will have one to three bedrooms as well as a fitness center and a pool at the complex.

The Hindu Temple of The Woodlands Multipurpose Building
Work on the Hindu Temple of The Woodlands’ new building began in December, funded by the temple. The building expansion will consist of an education building, a cultural hall and a commercial kitchen, as per the temple's Vision 2023 plan, according to its website. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states it will complete construction in January.

Creekside Medical Plaza
The Creekside Park Medical Plaza at 26424 Strake Drive, The Woodlands, has completed its construction, and as of late July, the developers were marketing the building to prospective tenants, said Lorrie Parise, director of communications for The Howard Hughes Corp.
