Brixmor Property Group confirmed July 31 a property it owns at 9420 College Park Drive, The Woodlands, that formerly housed a Randalls grocery store will become a Telsa sales, service and delivery location. Information about the project is listed on the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website. The project details state a 63,861-square-foot space at the site will undergo a $3.5 million renovation or alteration with a projected March completion date. Work on the project began July 1, according to the TDLR.

The Randalls store closed in late 2018. Unlike another Randalls location that closed in 2020 in the Grogan's Mill Shopping Center, the College Park Drive location was not deed restricted to be a grocery store. www.tesla.com
