Howard Hughes Corp. has announced a name for one of its apartment developments as it nears completion and the grand opening date for another across The Woodlands, adding another 523 apartment units between the two complexes.

According to a press release from the corporation, The Lane at Waterway will have two grand opening celebrations Feb. 18 and Feb. 27. Both celebrations will feature hors d’oeuvres, live music and tours.

Located at 10100 Six Pines Drive and Timberloch Place in The Woodlands Town Center, the apartment complex offers 163 new apartment residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom plans as well as townhomes with direct street access and is positioned within walking distance to The Woodlands Waterway.

Among the newer developments for Howard Hughes Corp., Creekside Park The Grove, located at 8440 Creekside Green Drive, The Woodlands, was officially named and began preleasing Feb. 4. The 360-unit community comprises six four-story buildings with elevators and one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

Creekside Park The Grove is anticipated to officially open later this spring.
