According to Marina Stingley, marketing manager for the Sam Moon Group, Phase 2 will largely consist of construction on The Residences at Metropark, a 324-unit multifamily apartment complex, which is set to begin construction in the third quarter of this year.
Information from the Sam Moon Group describes the apartment complex as featuring a combination of one- to three-bedroom units as well as two-story townhomes.
Along with the apartment complex, two additional tenants were announced for the development in late 2020, including Aesthetic Smiles Dentistry, which opened in late December, and Top Sushi, which will open in January, according to Stingley.
Through 2020, development was focused on the construction of a 148-room Hyatt House Hotel, which is anticipated to be completed and open by April.
