A retail development is nearing completion at the intersection of Hanna and Richards roads. Realtor Joe Applewhite said the building is ready to move into, and several businesses have expressed interest but could not be disclosed before press time. The 12,000-square-foot building began construction around March and will be completed in mid-October, he said.
