Marina Stingley, Sam Moon Group Marketing Manager, said tenants Top Sushi and ShareTea are anticipated to open at Metropark Square in late 2020 or early 2021. Along with retail, the developer has completed construction on a five-level public parking garage. Construction on a multifamily complex in the development will begin in the first quarter of 2021.
