Development update: Wellman Manor buildout to finish this year in Shenandoah

Each month, Community Impact Newspaper highlights several commercial and residential developments under construction in The Woodlands area. In July, work progressed on a new development in Shenandoah.


Wellman Manor


Residential community Wellman Manor is nearing full buildout. Once buildout is complete later this year, the community will feature 32 homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,200 square feet, according to developer David Weekley Homes. The community is located near I-45 in Shenandoah off Wellman Road and near the city's municipal complex.
