An office building at Technology Forest Boulevard and Lakeside Boulevard has entered the final stages of its development process, according to the developer. Parker Burkett, vice president of Transwestern Real Estate Services, which is leasing the property, said the building is expected to open in mid-August. The six-story building features space for office, retail and restaurant industries and is currently looking for tenants, he said. Burkett said in July the company was speaking with potential tenants, but none have yet been confirmed.
