The build-out of Wellman Manor, a new subdivision off Wellman Road in Shenandoah, is progressing under builder David Weekley Homes. Communications Coordinator Amanda Hurvitz said one-third of the sites in the planned 32-home community remained under development in February, and Wellman Manor is expected to complete construction and sell out by late 2020. Homes in Wellman Manor are situated on 50-foot sites, and the designs vary across six floor plans ranging from 2,500 to 3,200 square feet.
