A new 33,000-square-foot retail center, Shops on Gosling, broke ground on Gosling Road in 2019 and is expected to be complete in April, according to Patrick Magliaro, vice president of developer Sentinel Capital. The center has signed tenants Center Court Pizza & Brew and Adom Family Dentistry, Magliaro said. The owner is currently negotiating with additional eateries, he said. The modern, industrial-style development is broken into two 16,500-square-foot and 12,900-square-foot sections joined by a central covered patio area.
