The 100-acre Creekside Park Village Center is the last village center to be developed in The Woodlands, according to The Woodlands Development Company. The shopping center is located on a bifurcated portion of Kuykendahl Road. The center is anchored by an H-E-B grocery store and features a range of retailers, medical and professional offices, and a fire station.

“The remainder of the development will be built out as other opportunities present themselves,” said Travis Guinn, senior project manager of design and construction for the Development Company.

Over the next six months, openings will include Shogun Japanese Grill and Sushi Bar, and Fielding’s Local Kitchen & Bar, Guinn said.

At the center of the village development sits Creekside Park Village Green, with a splash pad and an open field park.

“The [Village Green] attraction is central in the development and walkable for many of the [residents] who live in the surrounding the area,” Guinn said.
