According to an Oct. 29 news release, the Walmart Supercenter reopened its Spring location following renovations.

The details

With the renovations, the store now features an upgrade to its checkout lanes, including a grab-and-go section for more lanes, according to the release.

Additional upgrades include:
  • New and improved pickup area
  • Upgraded carts and front end of store
  • Advanced electronics
  • Expanded housewares and fashion
  • An upgraded deli with new items
The Spring location is one of 67 store remodels planned across Texas this year.

During the ribbon-cutting celebration on Oct. 29, Walmart recognized local community organizations with grants, including Sunshine Through the Rain, Be Blessed, Oak Ridge High School, Montgomery County Meals on Wheels, Montgomery County Food Bank and Spirit Field.
