Dudley Sports Plaza planned to begin construction of its Elite Pickleball Club Oct. 15, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

The sports plaza was slated to ultimately include several attractions including 15 indoor pickleball courts and a family entertainment center, as previously reported by Community Impact.

The Elite Pickleball Club space will be 21,000 square feet and is estimated to cost around $600,000, per the filing, including eight pickleball courts, a pro shop and administrative space.

A second filing for an addition named Padel Square will be 18,413 square feet and is estimated to cost around $650,000, according to the filing.

Construction for Elite Pickleball Club is anticipated to finish around Dec. 15, according to the filing. Padel Square will begin Dec. 15 and is set to finish April 2026, per the filing. Details are subject to change.
