Sarah Rhea has been promoted from executive director to president and CEO of Leadership Montgomery County, according to a June 11 news release. The board has also announced a new board for 2025-26.

According to the news release, Rhea's time at LMC has included:
  • Growth in the program's signature leadership class
  • Launching the Leadership Master Class program
  • Hosting the annual community-wide leadership summit
  • Spearheading initiatives to give back to the Montgomery County community
LMC is a nonprofit dedicated to developing current and future leaders and growing their leadership skills, according to the organization.
