Known for its work in insurance law, commercial litigation and business law, the rebranding was made to reflect the company’s growth with the contributions of Jim Rensimer, according to the release.
The firm was founded by J. Daniel Woodall in 2016 and will continue to operate from its main office in The Woodlands and in its Orlando, Florida location.

Per the release, Rensimer joined the firm as a partner in June and brings trial and litigation experience to the team.
