The location opened in October as a joint wellness spa and cafe for residents in The Woodlands area. Serenity Sips specializes in providing a variety of tea and coffee blends, which can be personalized based on individual wellness goals. Officials said the car wash franchise opened a new location in Magnolia the weekend of Nov. 9. The overview Quick N Clean Car is a franchise with locations in Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma. The car wash offers a variety of membership options with unlimited washes. The express car wash features include free vacuum use, high pressure air use, mat floor cleaner, covered stalls, towels, air fresheners and fast pass lanes. Half Baked Goodness


The cookie company will open a new location inside the remodeled Grogan's Mill Village Center in mid-2025, according to a Nov. 18 news release from Howard Hughes. Half Baked Goodness specializes in providing a variety of cookie flavors alongside a weekly rotating set of flavors. Half Baked Goodness will be the first new addition to the Grogan's Mill Village Center following Howard Hughes' purchase and revitalization effort of the center in October 2023.F45 Training

A new location is coming to Creekside Park West in The Woodlands, according to a news release from Howard Hughes. The facility will be completed in spring 2025. F45 studios offer workouts with focuses such as cardio, resistance, hybrid and recovery that are geared toward everyday life and can be suited to individual needs, according to the release. It also offers yoga and stretching classes in groups and in one-on-one settings. The Sullivans also own several locations in the Austin area.
