F45 Training location plans opening in Creekside Park West

A new F45 Training location is coming to Creekside Park West in The Woodlands, according to a news release from Howard Hughes. The facility will be completed in spring 2025, according to information from Howard Hughes.

The Woodlands residents Alli and Steve Sullivan own the new location, according to the news release.

"We were attracted to the values and community culture of F45, which aligns perfectly with the spirit of The Woodlands, making it an ideal match for us," Alli Sullivan said.

F45 studios offer workouts with focuses such as cardio, resistance, hybrid and recovery that are geared toward everyday life and can be suited to individual needs, according to the release. It also offers yoga and stretching classes in groups and in one-on-one settings. The Sullivans also own several locations in the Austin area.
