A location of Le Creuset of America will open at the former location of Wild Thing Restaurant, MHW Real Estate announced in a Jan. 26 news release.

The two-story building, located at the corner of I-45 and FM 1488, is 8,562 square feet in size, according to the release, and Le Creuset envisions it as a community gathering hub.

"For nearly 100 years, Le Creuset’s colorful cookware has helped create meals and memories around the world, and we look forward to bringing a unique retail concept to Conroe,” Diane Foster, Le Creuset’s vice president of retail, said in the release.

The project opening date is not yet available.

"I extend my heartfelt thanks to both parties for their collaboration, resulting in a seamless transaction," said Ron Brown, director of the retail division at MHW Real Estate. "Having worked closely with Le Creuset, I am confident in their potential to thrive within this community."
