JLL to open leasing office in The Woodlands

JLL will open a leasing office at 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive, The Woodlands, after being awarded the leasing assignment for The Howard Hughes Corp. office portfolio in The Woodlands, according to the company. The firm will lease over 4.2 million square feet of office space as well as an additional 2.5 million square feet of planned development, according to a news release.

The move-in date for the new office has not yet been determined, according to the company.

JLL’s Scott Fikes and Jack Russo will lead the team in the leasing efforts for the community.

The new office will serve the needs of clients in the area, according to the news release.

JLL will also conduct the office leasing of Bridgeland in northwest Houston, including the leasing of a 55,000-square-foot office building planned there.
