Three companies signed leases at Hughes Landing in The Woodlands, according to a June 28 news release from The Howard Hughes Corp.

Ring Energy Inc., an oil and natural gas exploration and production company, expanded its headquarters at 1725 Hughes Landing, leasing an additional 24,002 square feet.

Corporate law firm Haynes and Boone LLP relocated within The Woodlands to a 7,568-square-foot space at Two Hughes Landing.

Plus Power, a company that develops battery energy storage systems for the electrical grid, leased 6,991 square feet at Three Hughes Landing.

In addition to the new leases, construction and infrastructure management company Webber Inc. renewed its 46,164-square-foot multifloor lease at 1725 Hughes Landing, according to a news release.


Hughes Landing includes seven Class A office buildings in addition to dining and retail locations, multifamily residences, a hotel and entertainment options.
