The Howard Hughes Corporation announced Aug. 16 that REACH Stretch Studios will be opening a new location at Lake Woodlands Crossing, a 62,656-square-foot retail center under construction in Town Center.

REACH Stretch Studios provides functional assisted stretch therapy to customers in order to relieve pain, promote relaxation and attain new fitness levels. This will be the first location for franchise partners Jane Klimek and Jennie Buxbaum, however REACH Stretch Studios has other locations in the Greater Houston area, including Memorial City and Katy.

REACH provides a healthy alternative with stretch therapy to maintain a fit lifestyle,” said Rip Reynolds, vice president of leasing and commercial land for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “REACH Stretch Studios joins a diverse line-up of retailers, offering new shopping and dining opportunities within the heart of The Woodlands Town Center.”

REACH Stretch Studios will join Total Wine & More, Ulta Beauty, Main Squeeze Juice Company, Beaux Toes and Stickhouse as already announced tenants coming soon to Lake Woodlands Crossing.

The retail center, which is slated to open later this year, is currently 78 percent pre-leased, according to The Howard Hughes Corporation. An opening date for the REACH Stretch Studio has not been announced as of press time.
