The Woodlands Pride is holding its fifth annual Pride Festival with over 100 exhibitors, food trucks, entertainers and sponsor swag.Halloween movie night

The Woodlands Township is hosting a fall movie night featuring a family-friendly Halloween feature, photo booths and a costume contest.Tandem Trick-Or-Treat

This trick-or-treating event hosted by The Woodlands Township is for all ages and includes kayaking along the lower waterway while children collect treats from costumed characters. Costumes are encouraged, and preregistration is required.

Fall Plants and Crafts Sale


The Woodlands Garden Club is hosting its annual fall plants and crafts sale. Plants sold are grown by The Woodlands Garden Club, and members will be in attendance to answer questions. Plants start at $2. The event also features garden-inspired arts and crafts made by club members for holiday decor. Purchases can only be made through cash or checks, and proceeds will go to the club’s education programs.‘Anastasia’

The Woodlands Township is hosting its annual Trick or Treat Trail featuring Monster Mash with strolling entertainment, carnival games, costume contests, photo areas and food trucks. In response to cardiovascular disease being the leading cause of death in Montgomery County, the American Heart Association is hosting the Montgomery County Heart 5K Walk to help promote heart health. Donations are encouraged to help patient outcomes by ensuring efficient standard heart care in hospitals and by funding research.

Pumpkin Smash

The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department is hosting its second annual Pumpkin Smash for community members to dispose of their pumpkins. Attendees should bring their pumpkins, safety goggles and gloves and wear closed-toe shoes. During this event, participants will be able to smash their pumpkins with a baseball bat and repurpose the pumpkin remains as nutrient-rich compost instead of being buried in the landfill.Creekside Campout

The Woodlands Township invites community members to a campout weekend with archery, kayaking, crafts, an outdoor movie, night hikes, games, campfires and s’mores. Tents will be on the field.

Out of the Darkness Walk


American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is hosting an Out of the Darkness Walk to unite community members and provide knowledge on suicide and the importance of mental health. During this event, there will also be a special Veterans Day ceremony to commemorate the day.

Veterans Day tribute

The Woodlands Township is hosting its Veterans Day tribute to honor the men and women who have served in the nation’s military. This event features live music, speakers, a presentation of colors, children's activities and the "My Hero Exhibit."
