The city of Oak Ridge North has seen its population stay nearly the same, at just over 3,100 residents, from 2014-18. From 2017-18 the median annual income in the city has dropped by 10.15%, but the median home value has increased by 8.74%, according to the most recent demographic information available in mid-December.
