Several retail and commercial projects are under development in south Montgomery County.

Crews were continuing to work on an Even Hotel in Shenandoah in November. John Mayner, the director of the Shenandoah Convention and Visitors Bureau, said the hotel is anticipated to open by the end of 2020. The hotel will have 120 rooms and be the 13th hotel in the city, he said.
