Sienna Parkway project interlocal agreement

Missouri City City Council unanimously approved an interlocal agreement on Oct. 3 among the city, Fort Bend County, and the Sienna Management District, allowing the district to bid and administer the construction phase of a project to reduce congestion at intersections on Sienna Parkway.

Cost: $5.2 million

Missouri City road closures

Due to traffic safety concerns, Missouri City may close portions of East Hampton Circle and along Kathy Avenue. The city will bring forward a plan at a future City Council meeting to limit truck traffic on the two roads.
