Two traffic signals on Hwy. 6 in Sugar Land will undergo routine maintenance Sept. 9-10 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., according to a city release.

During the repairs, the traffic lights will be out of operation, which could cause delays for motorists in the area.

Repairs on the light at Hwy. 6 and Fluor Daniel Drive will take place Sept. 9, and those on the light at 1600 Hwy. 6 will take place Sept. 10.



While work is ongoing, uniformed police officers will be on site to assist with traffic flow and safety. The city is also asking drivers in the area to watch out for work crews and avoid the area if possible.
