Drivers can expect traffic signals to be down at the intersection of FM 1092 Road and Cartwright Road in Missouri City on June 11 as city staff and crews replace a traffic cabinet.
A traffic cabinet houses the signal controller and other intersection electronic equipment that manages traffic flow.
The city said in a release that signals will be down for most of the day before the new traffic cabinet is fully operational. In addition, Missouri City police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.
