All five local ZIP codes saw more home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77489 seeing the largest percentage increase in sales at 100%, growing from 12 to 24. Of the five, ZIP code 77459 continued to be the most active for home sales at 90.
Meanwhile, the median home sales price increased in four of five local ZIP codes year over year.
The decrease was seen in ZIP code 77479, where the median home sales price dropped 17.49% year over year. However, the ZIP code still had the highest median home sales prices among ZIP codes at $514,625.
Along with the number of home sales and median home sales price, the average number of days homes spent on the market also increased in most ZIP codes. Four of five local ZIP codes saw increases, with ZIP code 77478 seeing the only decrease.
The highest average number of days on the market for the month was in ZIP code 77459 with 99 days.
