All five local ZIP codes saw fewer home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77498 seeing a 48.28% decrease in that time period.
The median home sales price rose in four of five local ZIP codes year over year. The largest spike was in ZIP code 77478, which saw a 28.67% increase. The ZIP code also had the highest median home sales price among the five.
Homes in the $250,000-$449,999 price range continue to sell the most frequently, with homes in the $450,000-$649,999 range following behind.
Additionally, the average number of days homes spent on the market increased in all five local ZIP codes, signaling slower home sales in those ZIP codes. The highest average number of days on the market for the month was in ZIP code 77459 with 65 days.
