Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes saw a decrease in the number of homes sold in October compared to October 2022.

Three of the five ZIP codes saw decreased homes sales. The ZIP code with the most active sales market, 77459, saw a 8.3% decrease in home sales year over year. ZIP code 77478 saw the largest year-over-year increase at 61.54%, but only 21 homes were sold in October in the ZIP code.

Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market increased in all ZIP codes during that time period.
