The Woodlands-based Marcel Group broke ground on Marcel District on May 14 at 18702 University Blvd., Sugar Land, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction. The 7.3-acre development in the Riverstone community will include about 41,785 square feet of retail-, restaurant- and service-oriented space and about 27,000 square feet of Class A office space.
