Ulta Beauty, the U.S. beauty retailer for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care products, hair care products and salon services, has inked a lease for retail space in the upcoming Fort Bend Town Center II mixed-use development.

According to a July 25 news release from NewQuest Properties, Ulta Beauty will move into 10,000 square feet of retail in the mixed-use development, located at the intersection of Hwy. 6 and Fort Bend Tollway, though an exact date was not specified.

Fort Bend Town Center II will serve as the second of a three-phased mixed-use development that broke ground Aug. 5, 2021. Phase 2 is expected to be complete in late 2023.

Since 1990, Ulta Beauty has brought together more than 25,000 products from approximately 500 well-established and emerging beauty brands across all categories and price points, including Ulta Beauty's own private label. www.ulta.com
