Naka Ramen—which held its grand opening Dec. 14 at 4899 Hwy. 6, Ste. 102-B, Missouri City—offers a variety of popular ramen dishes with varieties including tonkatsu, shoyu and miso as well as a spicy naka ramen dish that incorporates pork bone kelp broth, Chashu pork, ajitama egg, corn, Japanese fish cake, scallions and more.
The ramen restaurant also offers other popular Japanese dishes such as takoyaki, tempura, gyoza and the Japanese set meal called Teishoku.
Naka Ramen is one tenant in Tang City Plaza, a 15.4-acre Pan-Asian development offering 225,000 square feet of space. When completed and filled with tenants, the development will offer shopping, education, medical services, restaurants and more, said Frank Lee, broker and principal at Dreams Come True Realty, in a previous interview with Community Impact Newspaper.
