The fast-casual restaurant, known for its hamburgers, hot dogs, and french fries and located at 15810 Southwest Freeway, Ste. 100, Sugar Land, has been closed since Jan. 10 due to a remodeling project that will last until Feb. 14 at 11 a.m., according to an announcement from the restaurant.
According to a Five Guys representative, the renovations include necessary store and system upgrades and will allow the restaurant to serve milkshakes when it reopens.
Until then, the restaurant is recommending patrons visit the next closest Five Guys location at 6215 Hwy. 6, Missouri City.
The Lake Point Village location is now one of almost 1,700 locations worldwide after the chain began franchising in 2003, with the chain now developing another 1,500 units worldwide, according to its website. 281-277-7755. www.fiveguys.com
