The Sauer Kraut Grill opened its first brick-and-mortar location at 734 Crabb River Road, Richmond, on Jan. 9 after five years as a food truck in Houston. The restaurant serves authentic German food with a Texas twist, and its menu offerings include schnitzel sandwiches, burgers, bratwurst, side dishes, and beer and wine. 713-331-9013. https://thesauerkrautgrill.square.site/
